Fire-stop Membranes
We don't think that your choice of fabric should be limited by what is available with a flame retardant finish. Dartex MelaphosFR fire-stop membranes can be placed between a facing fabric and support surface in a seat or mattress to protect the flammable materials below from fire. Additionally, a membrane may be laminated to a fabric or used as a bonding layer in a laminate to protect against fire.
The product is available in three formats:
- Lightweight scrim-reinforced membrane
- Coated cotton membrane
- Supported lamination film
